I'm Theo Axelson, an AI and Data Engineer based in Tampa, FL. I focus on enterprise data integration, intelligent applications, and automation, and I've spent my career so far inside government contracting, taking on messy, spread-out problems and building systems that actually hold up at scale. Some of that work has run through platforms like Maven Smart Systems and Microsoft Power Apps.
Most of what I build comes down to reliable data pipelines, RESTful API integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and automation that turns raw enterprise data into something people can actually use. I work primarily in SQL, Python, TypeScript, Databricks, Palantir, Microsoft Graph API, and Dataverse Web API, and I care a lot about building things that hold up long after I've moved on to the next project.
I graduated from George Mason University in 2024 with a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the Costello College of Business Honors Program. Outside of the day job, I keep digging into RAG architectures, retrieval strategies, and AI application design, mostly because I like solving real operational problems and seeing the impact firsthand.
